The gardens of Solar do Paço are distributed in more than 6000m2 of green areas and result from the fusion of the Japanese style with original trees that have been preserved - some of them centuries old.

The Japanese Garden is a spiritual space and, as part of its tradition, distributes to each element a unique function in the landscape. Water, for example, symbolizes the cycle of life, stones, symbolize resistance, bridges symbolize the transition from mortal to sacred, each plant and each flower also has its individuality.
